Panchmukhi Hanuman Ji Puja is a powerful ritual dedicated to Lord Hanuman in his five-faced (Panchmukhi) form. This unique form appeared during the Ramayana when Lord Hanuman had to save Lord Rama and Lakshmana from the demon Ahiravana. To do this, Hanuman took on five faces to shut five gates at once and destroy evil.
Each face of Panchmukhi Hanuman has a special energy and purpose:

Garuda (West) – Healing and freedom from poison and disease
