4. Use of Online Puja Services
- Puja arrangements begin immediately after booking
- Bookings cannot be cancelled once preparation has started
- Puja images, videos, or updates are shared as per the selected service
5. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- Prices and offers may be updated without prior notice
- Payments are securely processed via Razorpay and trusted partners
6. Return & Refund
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for detailed conditions. No refunds are provided for completed puja services or shipped prasad/yantras.
